Weight Loss Eating Plan: Why I Eat Breakfast (And Why You Should Too)

From time to time I get reminded of how naive I am with weight loss and nutrition. I stupidly assume that most people today know the absolute, no-brains fundamentals of weight loss...such as consuming breakfast each morning.
In my thoughts, there are extremely few effective weight loss consuming plans that do not include a meal in the morning (generally referred to as breakfast).
Still, I am typically reminded that most persons are not conscious of this uncomplicated truth, and furthermore, most folks skip breakfast...especially those who are attempting to lose weight! Small do they know that they are literally generating it more challenging for their body to burn fat and lose weight.
